Sweat is the no. 1 “smelly” problem when it comes about personal hygiene. Having a sweated person around is like carrying the garbage can wherever you go. After washing the dirty clothes, you need to freshen up the room where bad body odor still feels up in the air. In order to do that, you can go to the fridge and take some lemons or limes. Cut those in two, sprinkle some in an uncovered container full of water and then just leave the bowl in the center of the room to do the rest. The strong citrus smell will naturally eliminate the bad smell and, amazingly, sweat odor is the first odor that lemonade cleans up in a second! If you feel that your skin still smells like charcoal, spray some white vinegar in the air and both your clothes and skin will get instantly and naturally deodorized. Also, several vanilla drops poured down in a tiny recipient which will be later kept up in your wardrobe, is going to make wonders with your clothes. No softeners, no soap, no detergents. Just let the essence you took from your kitchen counter do its job. Your clothes will smell like ice-cream and sweat will not install itself cozy again, next time you wear any kind of fabric.
You can do the same thing by keeping some mint extract or just some fresh ground coffee back through your clothes. The crispy aroma of the coffee or the fresh mint fragrance will impregnate into the texture of your clothes and saturate your body with newly spring sensations once they are worn up all over again. You can also treat you skin with several tea bags. Put some of those into your bathing water and just…dive in! Your body will stay fresh much longer than before, even for days without using neither deodorants nor perfume but herbals. So, this time too, the kitchen saved you from embarrassing moments!
